One shoulders are they the new off the shoulders? Maybe. But I love they are making a comeback,  like most trends do. Unfortunately, you still have to wear a strapless bra or no bra. This plaid cotton top is a fun one, love the double layer ruffles at the top.

I paired it with denim flares and my favorite utility jacket of all time! If you don't have one, you need one. They are absolutely a must have for your spring wardrobe! Also, this red lip stain that I have fallen in love with. It's from Sephora - called Always Red  (and it's currently on sale for $7) It really is a great lip stain that doesn't get crack and dry up on you.
